Frames and sunglasses
- Return within 14 days of delivery, in original condition with the case.
- Refunds go back the same way you paid, within 7 working days of receiving the return.
- If the item is faulty or wrong, return shipping is on us.
Prescription lenses
- Prescription lenses are made to your measurements, so they are not returnable unless they have a manufacturing defect or we made them differently from the prescription we confirmed with you. If the mistake is ours, we remake them free of charge.
- If you return the frame within 14 days, the frame price is refunded; the made-to-measure lenses are not.
To return: send us the order number and the reason on WhatsApp, or bring it to the store.
