What we collect
- Order details: name, phone, address and the products you chose.
- Prescription: the photo or numbers you send. This is health data and is used only to prepare your lenses.
- Browsing data: visit and ad statistics (Meta and TikTok) through cookies.
Who sees it
- The EYE OPTICS team preparing your order.
- The courier: name, phone and address only — never the prescription.
How long we keep it
Prescription data is kept for 12 months in case you need the same lenses again, then deleted. Ask us any time to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020. Call us on 01113078387.
